I didn't know Ugly Truth did that well. Are you sure? I do know Knocked Up did well, but the media controversy afterward hurt her image in the process. Killers was a complete catastrophe.

Erm apart from Killers all of Heigl’s movies recently have been very successful. Both Knocked Up and the Ugly Truth took over $200 million world wide, 27 Dresses, $160 million…all on budgets of around $30 million. There is no mystery here as to why she is making lots of movies based on those stats.
